Offer Availability: This swag request is open globally, with primary emphasis on U.S. participants. While we welcome international registrations, we want to provide clear expectations regarding item distribution.
Shipping Disclaimer: Participants outside the United States should understand that while Devicie will make a genuine effort to fulfill international swag requests, successful delivery is not guaranteed. Significant logistical challenges, including international shipping costs, customs regulations, and postal limitations, may prevent or substantially delay swag distribution. By submitting a request, international participants acknowledge and accept these potential fulfillment constraints.
Eligibility: This swag request is open to individuals who are of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Void where prohibited by law.
Exclusions: Employees of Devicie, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Participation Terms: Submission of a swag request constitutes acceptance of these terms. Devicie reserves the right to limit, modify, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
Limitations: 1) swag item per household; 2) Subject to available inventory; 3) Device makes no guarantees of item replacement or alternative compensation if delivery is not possible
Technical Considerations: Devicie is not responsible for: 1) Incomplete or incorrect registration information; 2) Technical issues preventing successful request submission; 3) Delivery challenges beyond our direct control
